Whozz.it provides an AI-powered influencer risk intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available social media data to generate risk assessments, audience credibility indices, and brand safety reports. The Service is intended for use by marketing teams, agencies, and brands to make informed decisions about influencer partnerships.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service offers tiered subscription plans (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan.

  • Free tier includes limited monitoring of up to 5 influencers
  • Paid plans unlock additional features, higher limits, and priority support
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or discriminate against any individual
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond API access
  • Circumvent any rate limits, usage quotas, or access restrictions

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Risk scores, ACI scores, and other assessments generated by our AI systems are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analyses may contain errors or biases. We recommend combining our assessments with human judgment and additional due diligence before making partnership decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and content (excluding user data and publicly sourced social media data), is owned by Whozz.it and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Team and Collaboration Features

If you create a team, you are the team administrator and are responsible for managing team member access and permissions. You may invite other users to your team, and you are responsible for ensuring that all team members comply with these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whozz.it shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
